Europac International Value Fund

EPVIX (I Share)

The investment objective of the EuroPac International Value Fund (the “Fund”) is to seek income and long-term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve this objective by selectively investing in undervalued foreign companies with minimal exposure to the US Dollar. These companies will primarily be located in Europe or the Pacific Rim.

The investment objective of the Euro Pacific Dividend Payers Fund (the “Fund”) is to seek income and maximize growth of income, with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. Specifically, the Fund attempts to maximize expected dividend income by investing in foreign companies outside the United States.

The investment objective of the EuroPac International Bond Fund (the “Fund”) is to seek current income and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve this objective by selectively choosing foreign bonds of issuers in Europe and the Pacific Rim with exposure to a balanced basket of currencies that the Fund believes have the greatest potential for long-term appreciation versus the US Dollar.

EPGIX (I Share)

The investment objective of the EuroPac Gold Fund (the “Fund”) is to seek long-term capital appreciation. To achieve this objective, the Fund invests in precious metals, precious metal producers and precious metal exploration and prospecting companies. While the Fund may invest in different types of precious metals, 80% or more of net assets will be invested in gold.

EP Emerging Markets Fund

EPEIX (I Share)

The investment objective of the EP Emerging Markets Fund (the “Fund”) is to seek long term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of companies that are tied economically to emerging market countries. The Fund defines emerging market countries as those that are, at the time of investment, included in Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Emerging Markets Index.
